| 3/21: New Yorkers Press City Council to Oppose Iraq War
March 21st, 2006
New Yorkers will hold a town hall meeting with City Councilmembers to press them to take action to bring U.S. troops home from Iraq now. Highlighting the domestic impact of the Iraq war, the town hall is part of a week of anti-war activities in hundreds of cities throughout the United States coordinated by United for Peace and Justice (UFPJ). The event will take place Tuesday, March 21, from 6:30 – 8:30 pm at 1199 SEIU’s Auditorium, 310 W. 43rd St., between 8th and 9th Avenues. |

This new air assault demands a quick, visible outcry from people all around the country.
