We the undersigned support the many Native Nations gathered at Standing Rock to protect the Missouri River from illegal and unsafe pipeline construction in North Dakota.
Act now, to intervene on their behalf to respect the Fort Laramie treaties of 1851 and 1868 affirming the rights of Indians to this land should be honored at long last, shut down the Dakota Access Pipeline, and end the organized brutality against the prayerful Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and their peaceful supporters.

Honor the treaties. Protect the sacred. Unsafe for Bismarck means that it is unsafe for Standing Rock and the Missouri River. The whole world is watching.
Abuse of civil rights, ignoring justice and abusing burial places and cultural places should not be allowed anywhere in the U.S. Stop the abuse, forbid drilling under Oahe. End the threat to our future by more dangerous oil practices.

The oil pipeline in total is a disaster,
Any use of machines, equipment, transportation, or the pipeline all have histories of failing or failed,
I stand with the Native Peoples whose sacred lands go unprotected by my own government treaties with them and by militarized tactics too long oppressing them instead of negotiations that result in peaceful agreements. Move the pipeline off their lands and water.
Get off their land! It’s time treaties signed were honored!
